SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, was first reported to the WHO on 31 December 2019 after a slew of cases appeared in Wuhan, China. In the space of 6 months, the virus has been detected in over 15 million people worldwide and has killed over 600,000.


COVID-19 is a respiratory illness and its primary transmission route is through person-to-person contact and through direct contact with respiratory droplets generated by an infected person.

Scientists now believe that the virus can remain viable on hard, non-porous surfaces, such as plastic or steel, for approximately three days, and on rough surfaces like cardboard for approximately one day.

Efficacy Testing Against Coronaviridae Viruses

Invisi Smart technology has been tested against a human coronavirus, Middle East respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (MERS-CoV). The active ingredient in our formulation has been proven to kill both SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV viruses.
